The core of Melnik is its Peace Square (Namesti miru). There are all important sights around the square just couple of meters one from another. Very friendly staff in the visitor’s center is very resourceful and helpful throughout entire year. The entrance to the city’s underground is also at the center. On our trip we saw Spisske Podhradi last week. Also we climbed up castle hill to magnificent Spissky Castle. There we walked onto a yellow trail which akes us through unique nature around and also the town of Zehra.

On the following day we set off to Hoi An (Hội An . It was during the daylight and also it didn’t rain. The sun was pleasantly shining and warm. We reached the historical center by foot and were ready for some great sightseeing (even the one in the night had its atmosphere).

In the east of California there is a place which boasts with the highest ever recorded air temperature. It happened in the summer of 193. The temperature attacked shocking 56,3 degrees of Celsius. We stand on the edge of a caldera in Lombok’s north. We are in Crater Rim Senar camp. Ahead is a strenuous descend to Senaru village. It is not steep yet long (21 kilometers) and it goes through living breathing rain forest.
