River description:
The river is navigable within snow thaw or after heavy rains only, in its section from Kyje it is possible to drive, after Kyjský pond is let out (in autumn period). We estimate the navigability in visual way-for instance at its mouth to Vltava river. The navigation is not difficult, however, some weirs are difficult, especially that first, near to Kyjský pond.
The river sources near community of Tehovec in an altitude of 453 m, it flows to northwest and mouths from right side to Vltava river in Prague-Libeň. Its river-basin makes 140 km². This small river flows through open valley and dense populated countryside. On its route there are two ponds, anyway, its swelling are short. The river-bed is mostly claying, with 4-8 with a moderate stream. However, some stages and weirs are not passable.
