Sicilly is the largest Mediterranean island. Her atmosphere is as aweesome as is the heat of her sun under which ancient Greeks built their settlements, Normans conquered Italy, and today people from all around the Europe and world come to spend their holidays.

Italy is a popular holiday destination and the south - Sicily is a fascinating mixture of cultures that deserves to be known.
From continental Italy, we will head to Sicily, a lively and noisy island, where you can hear the salesmen in the markets screaming that their tomatoes are the best ones. On the streets you will hear the locals loudly talking about everything. Even if you have some basics in Italian, it is possible that you often do not understand the local because Sicily speaks with its own dialect.
Cefalu, a home to 14 thousand, is located in the beautiful locality on Sicily's northern coast. The town is adorned by a small, cozy fishing harbor. It small historic center features narrow streets with a huge Norman cathedral in them. Close to the center, there is a sand beach.
Towns and cities in northern Italy ensure its world fame and attention of many art enthusiast. These towns were built during the 14th and 16th centuries by rich townsmen and fans of antic culture. The word renaissance is derived from Italian word rinascito (rebirth), i.e. renewed admiration of art, literature and values of antic Rome.
Mountainous, green Gargano peninsula is located in Puglia, a south-Italian region. Except for holidaymakers, the peninsula is popular among European botanists for there are up to 85 species of orchid, and remains of Mediterranean forest known as Foresta Umbra.
Arco is a paradise for climbers in Italy. There are more than 20 climbing areas of varying difficulties and lengths. Everybody, boulders or fans of ferratas, will love the place. The town is a very pleasant place. Its picturesque town center has many restaurants and also climbers’ stores. A castle is the main landmark of Arco. It guards the town from the heights.

Bolzano is a center of Tridentsko-Horní Adiže region. In four years, it will be centennial commemoration of the time when this once Austrian-Hungarian territory known s Deutschsüdtirol was annexed by Italy.
