SK, Liptovský Mikuláš – Discover the World at Infofest Travelers' Festival 2019

Infofest 2019 will bring lectures by professional travelers about well-known and unknown places from all over the world. Visitors will visit Taiwan, Iran, Kenya, China, Japan, Italy, New Zealand, Corsica and Australia or Madagascar. Equally attractive will be the fascinating travel experiences of the legendary Route 66, the Pacific Crest Trail leading from Mexico to Canada and the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). Slovakia will also be missing. You will discover amazing Slovak mountains as well as charming places.

You should not miss a part with the ceremonial launch of a new tourist guide by Dajama. An exceptional experience for visitors to the festival will be a tour of 60 vintage cars as part of the Rallye Retro Prague Classic event. Last but not least, there is a festival coffee and good food tour in local cafes and restaurants.

In addition to lectures you will also experience a rich program of additional activities. You can look forward to screenings of short travel videos from home and abroad, guided tours of the town of Liptovský Mikuláš, information stands offering tips on trips, as well as a photographic exhibition of the editorial staff of the Infoglobe portal and externalists, which will reveal the beauty of countries, people, monuments and nature. For all festival visitors, the organizers have prepared a favorite raffle game. Those who join will be included in the draw for attractive prizes for both festival days (Swiss watches, tourist books, tickets and vouchers for museums, chateaux and other institutions). Children's visitors will certainly appreciate painting on the face or jumping castle, where they can really enjoy themselves.

The icing on the cake will be musical performances performed by the folklore group Kriváň, the singer Dominika Mirgová or the band Verona. The main music guest will be Vašo Patejdl, one of the founders and members of the legendary band Elán. This year's event will be hosted by Marián Galajda.
