You mostly ride down the stream. Be sure to visit Stift Herzogenburg abbey, the first camel theater, and a zoo with white tigers (Kameltheater Kernhof mit weißem Zoo).
Another trail you should try is - Danube cycling trail, or the so called radial cycling trails. There is a central point from which you set off with light baggage to a multiple day trip to the surroundings. These central places give the trails variety. For instnace, trails run radially along the Danube from Marbach town. Visitors can explore the wine growing area around retz town. The main feature around Gmünd town are marshlands and forests.
