Bratislava and its surroundings offer great possibilities for bike tourism thus we (the Infoglobe editor staff) decided to try one of many bike trails along Danube. We departed from Slovakia's largest housing development, Petrzalka, to beautiful landscape of Lower Austria. In the first photo gallery, we are going to show you our road across border zone through the town of Wolfsthal to the medieval town of Hainburg. The view of golden fields, blue sky and colorful meadows was... captivating.

These days we received a new bike map of Lower Austria. Except of 7 TOP trails, there are bike trails suitable for families with small children. Spring is perfect for trips. Therefore, we took our car and set off to cozy town of Klosterneuburg that is only 15 kilometers northwest from Wien. Still far away we could see pompous monastery, or adverts inviting us to see orchid exhibition in the monastery garden.

During the Night in the Museum event our staff visited Slovakian Museum of Technology – the Traffic Museum in Bratislava. It is located in the compounds of the rails of the first steam train station in Bratislava built in the 19th century.
