River description:
The brook sources eastern of Votice in a small hilly country in an altitude of 615 m of sea level. It flows to northeast. It is navigable after strong rains or during snow-thaws only.
The navigable water-level could be estimated according to Blanice-river.
The navigation is slow and takes 4 hours approximately. The water-basin makes 125 km2.
It flows more through meadow countryside as through forests. Owing to very small slope its flow has a lot of bends, therefore its river bed is narrow and partially overgrown.

It is available in Postupice, Chotýšany, Bílkovice, Libež or Vlašim.

It is available at health centre in the town of Vlašim.
Places of interest:
- Chotýšany: Gothis church and Baroque castle of 18th century.
