Spain, Barcelona: A City Which Has It All – VIDEO

Barcelona is not the Spanish capital, but the capital of Catalonia, an autonomous region that is economically, touristically and culturally one of the best things the Kingdom of Spain has to offer. Barcelona is a paradise for tourists from all over the world, and the reasons why this is the case are a whole constellation. Do you like culture? Do you like sports? Do you like big squares and quiet streets? Barcelona is ideal.
In the past, the legendary seafarer Kryštof Kolumbus and the architect Antoni Gaudí also fell in love with the city. You can also hear about Barcelona in several songs, such as Freddie Mercury or Ed Sheeren. In 1992, the Summer Olympic Games were organized here. When you are here, you should definitely walk along the promenade to the port, also visit the above-mentioned park and Olympic Park, Montjuïc or the market, where you can buy everything you can think of.
Last but not least, Barcelona is football. After all, the legendary club FC Barcelona is based here, whose captain is Lionel Messi. He plays his home matches at the Camp Nou, a stadium for almost 100,000 spectators. "Barca" is a favorite in bookmakers every year. In La Liga, the Catalans are the favorites, along with Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid, with the odds on "Barca" against most clubs ranging from 1.3 to 1.4. In the Champions League, Bayern Munich, Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain are among the best. Seeing a football match at Camp Nou is a huge experience. Double when he plays Barcelona against Real Madrid in the famous El Clásico.
If you prefer concerts and cultural events, you will simply not come to the Catalan capital. Many world artists perform here, as well as several festivals where different styles, genres and cultures intersect. Barcelona has good local food, music and dancing.
