Why go to the mountains, where is cold, if it is possible to enjoy skiing also in the living room? This way, unfortunately, reflects the considerable percentage of Czech children, young people, but also their parents, for whom such a form of entertainment child actually is very comfortable and ultimately inexpensive.
Fear- is part human and animal life and the also defence mechanism of the organism. But sometimes it can be more insidious than we like ourselves. This is the right moment to start to fight with the fear, or exactly fight with us. The first type of fear that comes to mind in relation to climbing is the fear of heights.
"For the climbing instructor is important, how he can attract people, motivate and how he is able to transmit knowledge them,"says Kamil Korejs from Holešovice Horoškola Mammut.
"When you´re coming to the first lesson, you does not need anything too special," says Kamil Korejs, one of the instructors Horoškoly Mammut in Holešovice. "Just sportswear and zest for climbing," he adds. Equipment can be rented on the climbing centre, which is certainly a better option than wasting money to buy their own.
"Climbers are a group of people as any other. It reminds me a little question - in which political party has most of idiots,"climbing instructor from Ground Mammut center Kamil Korejs is smilling. According to him, around climbing are people appear the same as everywhere else - fair ones, excellent people, idiots, lots of daffodils or selfish.
Sport climbing is relatively safe compared with other sports activities. But the Mountain climbing hasn´t such a positive balance already. Memorials of those who had to die on the mountains are the clear proof.
Climbing - sport which is experiencing a tremendous "boom". From people wishing to adrenaline, overcoming themselves and merge with nature who climbing became part of their life, gradually moved into the cities to those is climbing mainly fun. The climb can begin to practically everyone.
Central-American Cordillera Mountains are characterized with high placed table lands, including several peaks of volcanic origin. They are starting from Sierra Nevada on borders with Mexico and Guatemala, passing as one ridge up to South America.

However, 98% of total Antarctide surface is covered by glaciers, which are 1,6 kms thick in diameter at least. Along all its circumference, the continent is washed out by South (Antarctic) Ocean.
Small Caucasus and Armenian Highland present mountain systems of South-East Asia, situated in territories of Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaidyan, east Turkey and noth-west Iran. These mountain ranges are placed between Great Caucasus, Anatolya Mountains, Taurus and Iran Mountains.
It is a former limestone quarry. Alkazar is one of greatest rocky formations in the whole area of Srbsko. You find it near to Berounka-river, orientated to the south, suitable for climbing all year round.
At the end of Prokopské Valley you can meet several rocky formations created as a rest of former limestone quarries Near to inundated quarry, known as Prokop´s Lake there are to be seen two big rocky formations, known as Hlubočepské plotny (Hlubočepské plates). This area is very popular not only with tourists but also by mountaineers.
