While travelling across Burma, we travel to Hsipaw in Shan State in the north of the country. Full moon is about to come. In this time a large celebration takes place in Bawgyo. Many Burmese delicacies are sold during this time, and you can experience also some fair rides and fire works.

Presidential garden was the point of interest we saw last week. Today we see another great place in Bratislava - the city walls. They take you to the Middle Ages for free and also shelter you from the heat of summer.

There is a small British enclave in the southernmost tip of Spain (Andalusia region known for the cities of Cordoba and Granada mostly). The earliest finding of human settlement dates back to the Stone Age here. A skull of a Neanthrtal man was found there. Later, armed struggles were led over the this strategic area which was annexed by the United Kingdom eventually.

A while ago we mentioned Dyrehavsbakken, the oldest amusement park in the world. Its name is quite long and hard to pronounce. No wonder then that people call it simply Bakken. It is about 10 minutes by car (20 minutes by train) from Copenhagen.

Today, we take a look at the eastern part of the island in the direction from Funchal to the easternmost part where are droughts. It seems as if it was not Madeira there. The landscape is vastly different and there grows almost no vegetation at all. It is only after rains when it gets bit of green there. No levada leads to this area. You can find them only in the mountains. The area is inhabited, however. Therefore, some vegetation is actually there.

This one is situated between Branisko, the Levoccske hills, the Hornadska basin just several kilometers from Spissky Castle. The village is called Polanovce. Everybody who seeks to experience unseen beauty, see masterful works of art, or just to relax in beautiful nature should visit the city of Bardejov or Bardejovske spa which is nearby. There are gems and wonderful places in Slovakia’s northeast. These cannot be seen even in the most popular tourist points of interests. We shall introduce you such place on the lines to follow.
