Cordoba is a town, situated in south of Spain, where famous Christian-Moslem Mezquita is placed.

On this very day we take you to the Spanish island of Mallorca situated in the western regions of the Mediterranean Sea. It belong to the Balearic Islands autonomous region. As it is winter now, the beginning of the year is the best time to plan a summer vacation. The following lines should introduce you to this amazing, shiny island.
Even though summer is slowly coming to an end, it is still a good time for vacation. Today, we will head the sunny country of Spain, more precisely to Andalusia. We will see the province of Malaga to enjoy the Costa del Sol.
Today, we visit the Spanish city of Salamanca, located in the Autonomous Community of Castile-Leon. Since 1988, the historic center of the city is part of the UNESCO World Heritage List and after reading the following lines you will understand why it is so. You will feel as if you are walking in some huge historical open-air museum.
In the west of Spain, close to the borders with Portugal, there is the town of Merida, a city of amazin excavations which are protected by the UNESCO. Merida offers some of the most preserved pieces of Roman architecture.
We will spend the first October Friday in Merida again, where we will visit some of the other ancient sights, such as the Roman amphitheater with a huge auditorium for 15,000 spectators, who were also watching gladiatorial matches. The amphitheater was so vast that there were also naval battles in it, because the stage could be flooded and the ships were let off by a gate.
Tourists who would prefer rather more adventurous experiences should visit this city in the northeastern corner of the country.
If you remember, at the beginning of the previous article we mentioned that Pamplona is a city where people who like rather unorthodox experiences will thrive. So what we talk about?
Today we head to Andalusia. There we will take a look at the so-called Pueblos Blancos, or white villages that carry the charm of the ancient Moorish times. These small small villages are known by white houses typical of the Berber architecture of North Africa, a region that is home to the Moors.

I visited the Catalonian capital with my family for a week in the time of Christmas holidays. I enjoyed hours-long dinners having great tapas and even better wine. I tried to met as new people as possible. True, only disadvantage was that I didn’t speak Spanish or Catalonian.

My trip to sunny Andalusia, rhythm of unbounded and wild guitarist Paca de Lucía, flamenco dancers, people of Sevilla goes on and this time it takes place in marvellous Granada.

One of them is the Cathedral of Santa Maria la Real de la Almudena, situated close to the royal palace. It represents a mixture of neo-classicist, Gothic and Romanesque styles. It is interesting valuable stained glass, paintings and two cross-shaped ships.
