The community of Šabina is situated along right part of Ohře-river, very popular among watermen, Karlovy Vary Region, not far from the towns of Sokolov, Františkovy Lázně and Mariánské Lázně.

The community of Bukovany has approx. 2000 inhabitants. It is situated not far from the town of Sokolov, Karlovy Vary Region, in an altitude of 440 metres above sea level. The village is surrounded, from its southern part, with mixed and pine forests, and it borders from western part, with former quarry of Libik-Medard.

In past, the houses and villages were situated along water sources, in order sufficient quantity of liquids could be secured for the people.

This cave is situated inside headland of Balcar Rock, close to subterranean flow of Lopač and Krasový brooks, in an altitude of 460 metres above sea level. Complicated many-storey cave system is furnished with rich stalactite decoration.

The community of Nový Oldřichov is situated in Česká Lípa district, Liberec Region, in an altitude of 370-550 metres above sea level. The village is placed between afforested hills, in an area of protected countryside of Bohemian Hihglands and Lužické Mountains, where Bystrá-river is flowing.

Punkva Caves got its name according to standing subterranean spaces of Punkva-river, between Macocha Abyss and Pustý (Punkva Žleb). The system of underground halls is placed in two levels (stages), situated in north direction from Brno, Moravian Karst, in an altitude of 355 metres above sea level.

Zbrašov Aragonite Caves are placed inside left slope of Bečva-river Valley, in Teplice nad Bečvou Spa, in an altitude of 250 metres above sea level. These caves of hydro-thermal origin are the only one in Czech Republic.

District town of Sokolov is situated in the centre of Karlovy Vary Region, in an altitude of 401 metres above sea level. The town has rich hops-cultivation as well mining past, presence of rare ores, where even now the brown coal is excavating in quarries (in Sokolov Basin).

Javoříčko Caves consist of three-store system of tunnel corridors and big domes with precipices and chimneys, created by mens of erosive-rusty processes. The caves are situated in Olomouc Region, not far from the Town of Litovel.

Sedlčany is a town with rich history, documented just from the end of 10th century. Even James Krčín, one of most famous Bohemian fishermen, let his traces there. After 1580, he administrated the town and founded well known Svět and Rožmberk Ponds in South Bohemia.

The community of Terchova (Slovakia) is ensnared with various legends, joined especially with George (Juraj) Janošík, local native. Nevertheless, hardly anybody of Slovakia or Czech Republic does not know "Brigand Captain" and his suite. At present, his existence is reminded with International Folklore Festival - "Janošík Days", the greatest one of such type in Slovakia.

The quarries "America" (close to Karlštejn) are the localities which temptate the people with its beauty, romanticism and also with some rate of danger, too. However, the entrance is not permitted to a place where the stone was excavated, just since the beginning of last century.

Small diversion from Muráň plainland did not disturbed at all the plans of our active holiday, which continues in Low Tatra Mountains. The distance from Brezno to a top of the massif, dominating with Ďumbier Peak, is not great.

The caves Na Pomezí, situated not far from the town of Jeseník, were discovered in 1949. After long years' investigations, total length of caves was stipulated to 1320 metres. This two-storeys cave system is characteristic with its sintre decoration, including big stalactites. As a speciality, it is a stalactite in a form of a heart, which could fullfill, at the touch, any your wish.

We definitively leave picturesque countryside of Slovak Paradise, and after visit of Dobšiná Ice Cave, we transfer towards Low Tatra Mountains, where our active holiday will continue. But, between Low Tatra and our starting position, you can find a region, the beauty of which could not be omitted in any case, and if you are not in a hurry, you can make a small branchline.

Everything has its end, so, the same situation was with our stay in a Paradise. This could be rather particular sentence in our relation about holiday activities. Nevertheless, now, we change ahead, in order to experience another adventures, to Dobšinská Ice Cave, drive throughout mysterious Muránska Table Land, and arrive finally to Low Tatra Mountains.
